Free MAC1 Smalls

I ordered the Free MAC1 smalls from WNC-CBD.

Even though the name of the strain is Free Mac1 smalls, I still had to pay for it! It had a price of $75 for 14g of the smalls.

However it was a pretty great price for such a high terpene tested flower since I ordered smalls.

I ordered on Jan 11th and it shipped out the following day via USPS Ground.  It arrived in my mailbox on Jan 16th via USPS.

It was delivered in the smell proof mylar bags and in a small cardboard box that was neatly and completely taped up and sealed well.

There was absolutely no smell and no indication of what was on the inside.  The packaging itself was discreet with people having no hint of who sent the package.

I opened the packages the following morning and tried out the flower.   

The Flower

How’s the weed?

Pretty, pretty, pretty good I would say.  This is my second order from WNC and  both flower (this one and an order of Blue Dream) s have been good.  

I would even say damn good.  

This hit me like a medium sativa, just enough to get the smiles going and the thoughts flowing but not enough to induce the paranoia associated with some of the stronger sativa’s.

I ordered smalls.  And it was.  As you can see from the pictures it is smaller sized buds.  

There were a bit more stems than I would like to see.  

This is a good note of difference between buying the considerably less expensive smalls to the larger nugs in the higher priced bags.  Those are going to be more well manicured and in general only small bits of stems to break away before grinding.

Smell

There is a nice smell but it is not overpowering. There is a hint of pine and what I would call the classic weed smell.   It is not fruity or funky smelling (or tasting) so if you are looking for those types of flavors you can consider some other strain.  

Taste

It tastes like it smells to me.  Like a classic weed taste.   To me personally, taste is not the most important thing to me.  As long as it does not taste bad, I’m good, and Free MAC 1 certainly did not taste bad.  I quite like it.  

The Toke – How does it smoke?

It hits smooth. I’m smoking out of a small water bubbler and it hits smooth. I’m not coughing my lungs out and the ash is turning a nice white when i’m done with a bowl.  I can take a normal sized hit for myself and it not be harsh or super cough inducing. I like that.

Effect

Very nice buzz that comes on quick and settles in nicely with a very positive feeling. I’m writing this review now after just smoking and I feel really good.  The brain is firing and as long as I stay focused on task and not looking for something else to do randomly, I’m good.  If I get distracted, which is easy to do, I can be down a different rabbit hole in no time flat so I work to stay on task.  

While I am working the vibe is nice.  I feel a positive vibration flowing around the body.  I can definitely feel it through the lower legs.  No paranoia or anxiety or mind racing too much like some overpowering sativas.  

Final Thoughts

Free MAC1 is going on my short list of yes buy again.  I actually bought more already and the smalls were sold out. I enjoyed the batch from the smalls even more than the regular to be honest.

I would absolutely order this one again in a heartbeat. This strain has been one of my favorites from WNC-CBD and one of my top few overall.
